Trends Feature: River Island Bags

I'm in love with my new River Island bags, which are not just beautiful but they're also practical.

Don't be fooled, they're more spacious than they look and are so up to date, they'll carry your whole outfit through the day or night.

A week of London Fashion

At the museum of London, where the London Fashion Week off- Schedule show, Fashion Diversity, is taking place, Twynkle Loves have just won 2nd place after designer Brett Russell in the Young designer recognition awards. Our collection (check our portfolio) was positively received by the judges as it came down the runway to a full crowd.
We've had alot going on this year and we can only appreciate the opportunities and people we've been blessed to meet. The LFW show was a success so from now on, the sky's the limit.

Happy in NYC! (Part 2)

Today was a good day. We've just finished showcasing our designs to potential buyers and press in New York as part of Nolcha fashion week and it went well.
As you know, Twynkle Loves was sponsored by ASOS and a host of other businesses as one of 13 designers to be apart of New York (Nolcha) Fashion Week and we are soooo greatful as this was an opportunity not to be missed. Standing alongside designers such as Nkwo, Bellanina, Where are you Now?Josie and Samantha Cole was an honour.
The fashion shows were electric and the turnout was amazing. so here's to the future!

Happy in NYC! (Part 1)

New York is one amazing city! We've been here for 2 days now preparing for the highly anticipated New York (Nolcha) Fashion Week show tomorrow. But since Twynkle Loves are a highly organised bunch, we've already prepared our garments and press pieces so there was only one thing left to do... Shopping!!
We saw some amazing boutiques and wondered around the famous 'Forever 21'. The H & M in Madison Square is huge and the fashion is alot different to our London style. In our opinion, their fashion styles are more structured and simple, whereas the British style is more expressive and experimental, in a good way!
The day and weather was bright and sunny so our moods were lifted and optimistic for the upcoming show.

Trends Feature: Bebe & Kosibah

So out and about in New York, I came across a cute store called Bebe, Fashion Lab. I was so in awe of the collections available instore that I took some pics to show you, even though I was asked half way through to stop by the staff. Now I'm not telling you to go to New York for the dresses (although it would be a good excuse!) but I'm highlighting the Silk Chiffon dresses that would be so chic for any glam evening event.

To save the air fare, can I suggest these gorgeous dresses by Yemi O by Kosibah.

New York, New York!

Hurray! Good News. Twynkle Loves have been selected as one of the 13 designers to show at New York (Nolcha) Fashion week. Having been selected by Fashion Capital & Fashion Enter from a region of 200 entries and sponsored by ASOS, we can only say we're more than honoured.
Twynkle Loves strive to be the best in what we do and it's always humbling when our passion and talent is recognised. As part of the preparation, the selected designers were given the opportunity to attend a seminar hosted by some top fashion leaders and head buyers from Topshop.
We've taken our notes so... see you in New York!
