Samantha Cole, who's collections are always highly anticipated did not disappoint with this dark yet romantic A/W 2011 collection.

The designer who's never content with 'just designing a pretty dress' says "Cubism which forms part of my journey into structure and 3D played a huge part in the journey of this collection."

On the textures, print and look of the collection, Samantha notes: "Besides the fabric used, the ripple effect was something I wanted to see carried through to knitwear, having done this I wanted to strip away the layers of leather and velvet and the designs etched onto the Leather are the result of the colour that lay directly beneath the black leather surface, this for me was exciting to see because we didn't draw onto or design above we took the design beneath the layer of the surface fabric and what you see is the result of that."
