Hi Lovelies. So if you’re anything like me, the number of times you’ve probably been to the gym is most likely less than the number of your age *coughs* but that doesn’t mean we don’t appreciate fitness just as much as the next person. Lately I’ve taken up an activity that not only keeps me fit, allows me to accelerate or decelerate my pace based on my mood, allows me to indulge in my love, albeit not always appropriate, of fashion and is completely free… which is walking. Now of course there’s nothing new about walking but we’re not taking about a trip to Tesco’s or Nando’s but everywhere which means a good 4-5 miles a day.
